QUICK ANSWER
McKenna Boiler Works, Inc. offers annual service contracts that take the tracking off the person responsible for a plant’s boilers. McKenna keeps a record of each boiler, knows when its inspection, tune-ups, and safety checks are due, sends the proposal ahead of time, and schedules the visit. Contract customers get discounted parts pricing, priority scheduling, and locked rates, on single-year or multi-year terms. Contracts cover McKenna boilers and other brands, serving Los Angeles and all of California. Call (323) 987-1816 or email info@mckennaboiler.com.
Built around your plant
Contracts for one boiler or several plants.
The number of visits depends on how many boilers you have, how big they are, how many hours they run, and how much backup your process needs.
One contract can cover several boilers, or several plants in California, with one McKenna contact who knows your equipment.
Contract options
Two ways to set up a contract.
Annual focus
Each boiler’s annual inspection and tune-up is done on time every year, and nobody at the plant has to track the due dates. Fits plants with lighter loads or operators who handle routine checks.
Annual plus full-scope maintenance
The annual work, plus safety checks and tune-ups through the year on the schedule your air permit calls for, all on one calendar. Problems are caught between annuals, and compliance dates are covered. Fits plants that run hard or carry little backup.
Both are set up around your plant: how many boilers, how many hours they run, and what your permit requires.
What a contract handles
What a contract takes off your plate.
Whoever is responsible for the boilers has enough to manage. On a contract, McKenna carries the schedule.
We know your equipment
Each boiler is logged with its model, serial number, service history, and open items.
We know what's due
Inspections, tune-ups, safety checks, and emissions checks are tracked boiler by boiler.
Permit and EHS requirements reviewed
We review your boiler permit requirements and site-specific Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements to help keep maintenance aligned with compliance needs.
Visits booked for you
Our office schedules each visit and confirms it with your site contact.
Repairs planned around your shutdowns
Repairs found on a visit are quoted and scheduled for a shutdown that fits your production.
A report after every visit
The work done, technician comments, photos, and any deficiencies, kept on file for your inspector and air district.
Contract benefits
Contract terms that fit your plant and budget.
Every contract comes with discounted parts pricing, priority scheduling, and rates locked for the term. Choose a single-year or multi-year contract to fit your plant’s needs and budget.
Single-year contract
Discounted parts pricing, priority scheduling, and rates locked for the year.
Multi-year contract
Discounted parts pricing, priority scheduling, and rates locked for the full term, and longer-term contracts add more benefits and bigger parts discounts. Your schedule, equipment records, and McKenna contact carry from year to year.
We set the term with you when we put together the proposal.
